Refund policy
We have a fourteen-day return policy, which means you have within fourteen days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt and/or order # for proof of purchase. There may be a restocking fee of 5%-13%. depending on the item returned.
To start a return, contact us at byange88@gmail.com to receive a RMA & return shipping label. Items sent back without an RMA your return may not be processed on a timely matter or not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception if you notice your package is damaged. Contact your local post office and file a notice of damage and then contact us immediately with the file claim number. Proof of item defect, or damages and/or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as "Final sale items or Personal items" due to health reasons. Items will be noted as "returns not accepted" Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, open/used items, gift cards, or past the return allowance time specified. (within fourteen days)
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the proper new item. Return the item you have.
Original Form of Payment for Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Couriers
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your purchase/exchange may vary. We don't control couriers. Ship time is between five to ten business days.
Return shipping costs will be paid by us, for cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For all other cases (e.g. You changed your mind), You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund,
If you are returning an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages.
