Cancellation policy

PURCHASES:

While we understand that you changed your mind on a purchase.  If you reached out to us prior to the item being shipped we will be happy to cancel your order and refund your payment to the original form of payment. 

In the case it has been shipped out and a confirmation has been received by you then you will have to wait for your delivery and go thru our return policy. Unfortunately there will be a restocking fee of 10% that goes to the shipping and handling. We do not suggest you reject the delivery as this may not be returned to our proper processing center and may result as a lost package. We will not be able to process your refund.

APPOINTMENT SERVICES:

Cancellation are not accepted after 24 hours. Any cancellations after 24 hrs. will result in a penalty of $50 paid for the Aestheticians time.  We suggest that you ask a family member, friend or colleague to fulfill your time slot and work out the details with them.

We send out friendly reminders via emails prior to your appointment so please take the time to notify us on a timely matter. We understand schedules can get quite busy at times, so we value your time and our technicians expect the same.
