Precautionary Measures we do not treat if you have the following conditions:

We DO NOT treat is you have the following conditions if you:
Active infections – herpes simplex (cold sores), viral infections, or any condition that may spread or trigger outbreaks
Skin cancer – including undiagnosed lesions or malignant melanoma
Severe skin conditions – stage 3–4 acne, active rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, or open wounds
Recent treatments – Accutane (isotretinoin) use within the past year, recent chemical peels, or laser treatments
Photosensitizing medications – drugs that increase light sensitivity and risk of complications
Allergies – known sensitivity to abrasive crystals (if using a crystal-based system)
Autoimmune disorders – conditions that weaken the immune system and skin’s healing ability
Pregnancy or nursing – generally not recommended during these stages
Relative Contraindications (Use with Caution)
Keloid scars – history of abnormal or excessive scar formation
Uncontrolled diabetes – may impair healing and increase infection risk
Sunburn – skin is too compromised and sensitive, treatment should be delayed
Vascular lesions – such as telangiectasias (spider veins), which may worsen with exfoliation
Weak immune systems – conditions that compromise skin recovery and resistance
**Smoke regularly (slows healing)
Are unwilling to follow aftercare or have unrealistic expectations
